We are committed to teaching exercisers how to use their own body as the ultimate tool for fitness.  We do this by providing top-quality video fitness instruction that viewers can follow along with regardless of their age, gender, fitness level, or previous exercise experience.


We understand that time is a valuable commodity so we are also committed to improving the efficiency of exercise. We strive to provide our members with programs that can be done by anyone, even those with the busiest of schedules. Every exercise we instruct is designed to offer maximum physical return in the most time-efficient manner.


Since our workouts are done without equipment, Make Your Body Work aims to free exercisers from the confines of the typical fitness facility by offering them an alternative: Use your body to exercise anytime, anywhere!"
